Video's onto iphone

I have a mac mini and have a lot of full length movies on it and I want to put them onto my iphone. Does anyone know the best way to go about that? On my blackberry I was able to just throw the file onto the mem. card. But I havent found it to be that simple with the iphone. Some isight would be appreciated! Thanx.

MPEG Streamclip or Handbrake will convert video files into a suitable format for you (choose iPhone as destination file type.) Then drag the converted file into iTunes.

Find them on Google.

Also try using VisualHub (iSquint), it works great for me.
