hi does any one know if you can use a iphone to view photos from nikon d70 .
as it would save me carrying a macbook around i have been told you can do this on a ipod with adapter . how about the iphone thanks dave

Back in the days of the iPod Photo you could. I do not think you can with the iPhone. With 8G flash cards being rather inexpensive I couldn't see why you would need to bring the MB.

Are you asking if you can use your iphone as portable data storage? I know that Belkin had an adapter for the iPod that would let you transfer images off a CF card onto the iPod's hard drive. IIRC, the time to transfer a full card (somewhere in the neighborhood of 2GB, which was typical at the time) exceeded the iPod's battery life and the device was pretty much useless.

One of these would be a more useful accessory.

You can only view your pics after transfering them via iPhoto.

you can't use the iphone or Touch as a stand alone HD
