Is there a way of revealing the dock whilst browsing Safari in full screen?

Occasionally the dock has popped up in the bottom of the screen when my cursor is down there, but I cant repeat this intentionally.

Is there a way to reveal the dock without first having to hover the cursor at the top of the screen and then minimising the screen?

The dock should appear whenever you run the cursor to the very bottom of the screen. Just move the mouse to the bottom of the screen and keep going for a few more mm as if you're trying to scroll off the edge.

Never know that , thanks. I learn something new about my macbook every day.

Sounds dumb that I hadnt worked that out for myself. Ive always found it annoying having to do it the long way.
