Viewing metadata icons on Photos

Is there a way to view the metadata icons when viewing thumbnails in Photos for iOS, similar to the behavior in Photos for Mac? Specifically, when you view thumbnails in Photos for Mac, you can see small icons on the thumbnails that show whether the photo has location data, whether it's been edited and whether it's been marked as a "favorite". None of these show up when viewing thumbnails in Photos for iOS.

It'd be useful to see these – especially if something's been marked as a "favorite" – when you want to delete multiple photos from your library.

That is a product of the desktop application. Close as you will get is a favorites folder in iOS that photos show in when they have been marked as a favorite. If you want to see location data you can use an app like ViewExif which works well and integrates into the style sheet.

Thanks. What I'm looking for is a way to make it easier to do bulk deletions on the iPad (or the iPhone), especially while traveling. On the desktop, I generally mark those photos I want to keep as "favorites". Then, when I view my library as thumbnails, I can multi-select the non-favorites and do a bulk delete.

Unfortunately, on the iPad I haven't been able to figure out how to do something similar. I like traveling with the iPad (as opposed to my laptop), but Photos library management seems limited...unless I'm missing something.
