ViewSonic VG2030wm & iMac

i'm in the market for a second display for my 17" iMac CoreDuo. anybody have experience with this setup? or any other suggestions?

I have the Viewsonic VA1912W 19" LCD and to be honest i can't fault it - it works well with my 2Ghz Black macbook and my 1.66GHz Mac Mini.

I'm sure you"ll be pleased with your monitor too!

I think that's the same monitor I have, and I'll be hooking it up to my new iMac soon. I'm a little worried about the mini-DVI to DVI adapter though, as I've seen a lot of complaints on the Apple site that it is the wrong type of DVI for most monitors. Do you use the standard Apple adapter?
