I'm looking for a single 4GB stick of PC5300 667 for my 10 year old Macbook Pro (non unibody) for 6GB total.

My hunt led me to a post on the forums here which discussed specifics about choosing the right RAM for a Mac and how the chip size, arrangement and quantity matter but didn't provide a specific answer for my mac.

That's got me wondering, what's the optimal RAM for my machine?

There's a few suitable on the market: G.SKILL, OWC & Mushkin. Each using what looks like a different chip quantity and arrangement (single or double-sided).

OWC: https://www.macfixit.com.au/owc-macfixit-4gb-single-module-pc5300-ddr2-200-pin-so-dimm-memory/
G.SKILL: https://www.newegg.com/global/au/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231202&ignorebbr=1
Mushkin: https://www.ramcity.com.au/buy/mushkin-essentials-4gb-ddr2-667-pc2-5300-unbuffere/991685?cp=158470

Anyone know which is best?
