I added American Express to my VIPs but noticed that there were other emails not in the VIP list. I finally found out that adding all of the American Express source email addresses to the same Contact resolves that problem. I also add multiple text phone numbers to the same contact so they all show up in the same chat and I usually name it and put an image with it so when it pops up, I know quicker where its from.
