Anybody use this app. I absolutely love it, however the problem I have is that whenever I'm using something like the American Express app that I sign in with touch ID, virtual home closes the app. I even blacklisted the AMEX app and the few other apps that use the TouchID but still it closes when my touch ID is detected on the home button.

Hoping an update comes out that disables Virtual Home on the Touch ID screen.

Strange. I don't have this problem. I'm using a 6 on 8.1.1. Do you have any other touchID tweaks? Activator? iTouchSecure? Etc

I was enjoying this tweak as well. It worked fine for me with AMEX. I was getting a bunch of resprings and turned it off to see if Virtual Home was the culprit. I went from 10-20 per day to 1 so far today. I have a 6+ so respringing is a well known issue anyway. It is hard getting used to actually pushing the button again. I'll keep it turned off but will turn it on whenever there is an update in hope of fixing my issue with it.

No problem with my amex app...one of the best jailbreak tweak out there. I hardly pressed on the home button our power button any more!

There's a setting to disable individual apps, I just selected passbook and all is well. I do not have activator installed, it WAS causing that sort of problem. That's why I switched to Virtualhome. Even without disabling it, the Touch ID works fine with the MyPocket app, the only other touch ID app I'm using.
iOS 8.1 6+

Did you guys use the quick unlock feature? It's nice but drains battery.

I have it set for 5 minutes. Saves a LOT of wear and tear on the button and doesn't seem to hurt battery life. It's nice since I get a five minute window after getting a call/text. It also stays on indefinitely when plugged in. Nice feature!

I just don't understand why this tweak is so popular to be honest. Is it just to save wear and tear on your iPhone’s home button?

I personally like it for putting the phone to sleep, rather than reach up and hit the button on the side, I have it set to simply long press to put the phone to sleep
