virtual pc and panther

will virtual pc 6.1 run on a powerbook G4 running panther? I have heard conflicting responses and any help is greatly appreciated?

I'm running version 6.0 on a 12"pb running Panther and it works fine, so in theory it should run for you. IIRC, the .1 update basically changed where everything before said "Connectix" to "Microsoft" and modified the EULA.
