I have a Powerbook 15" Ti-Book
I have VPC 6.1 w Win 2k. I use it only for my office checkbook. Does it hurt anything to leave VPC run during the day while I'm at the office, since I may need it a few times here and there-- and it is a pain to keep restarting it?? Does it interfere with any Mac programs like Safari, Mail, etc,

Thanks,

Frank

You can suspend it which is a lot faster to recover from. It only interferes by using memory/processor. I suggest buying Quicken for Mac and killing it altoghether.

I would recommend the "Pause" feature. It is faster to use than "suspend". Only time I use suspend is when I need to quit VPC itself. The pause feature is great if you just leave VPC itself running in the background.
