Virtualbox Settings for W7 5770 card

Running Virtualbox but video is very poor.

Have a stock MP 2010 5770 and enabled 2D and 3D acceleration in my settings for VB but still poor graphics.

Anyone know what the best settings are for VB and the 5770 for W7-32?

Yes, and then reinstalled after I read the docs after booting in safe mode (F8).

Graphics still v slow and WEI crashes.

I'm new to virtual machines (and should get more RAM ) but I've seen the misery of others going down the perpetual upgrade route with parallels. Surely VB can only get better with Oracle behind it.
