Virus/malware on iPhone 15 max pro

I wonder if anyone has that happen to iPhone. I wanted to record voice and opened VoiceRecorder App. It didn't open but I got message on my screen that My device at risk as suspicious activity going on and needed to scan my iPhone. When I chased "Protect Device" it directed to suppose to be App Store. I took picture of that screen and closed Voice Recorder. Otherwise phone works as usual but I can't use Voice Recorder. I can't find app with the name "VCleaner" on App Store so I suspect the send me link I should not clean and download and I didn't. Any ideas?
