Who knows, but it happens more often than we think with people's email accounts sending out spam and IM accounts or social media accounts posting spam and the like. Log out out of all Skype sessions and change your Skype password--that would be the first/main thing to do.
Change your passwords to begin with.

Sure, it could be your case. Go ahead and check your decide if there's a tool to check for it. Why ask about it over and over of you can just check for it and be done with it?
If the account is compromised then it doesn't matter what device is on it or if no devices are on it, typically someone would be accessing it through their own means, using the account credentials and not devices that the account might or might not be used on.
