Virus on my macbook outlook

My Forticlient has detected viruses on my mac

Virus: MSIL/Androm.AF!tr.bdr

How do i remove it?
Should i install any antivirus?

That virus only runs on Windows machines, so your Mac should be safe.

Forticlient didn't quarantine/clean it for you?

One idea.....

You could use a windows box in safe mode to mount to your Mac drive and use Malwarebytes to clean it.
