iPhone Virus Possible?

Well yeah, I jailbroke my iphone and I got a link from a friend and opened it on my phone. Later, I found it the link was spam... Any possible way I could now be infected with a virus?

No. There are no viruses for iOS at this time.

More likely your friend's email account got hacked (if you got the link via email)

The only way you could get a "virus" is if you installed openSSH and didn't change the root password. And even then it's not a virus, just people messing with your phone.
