Visual glitch when waking up MacBook Pro from sleep

Hi,

Since about one week I sometimes encounter the problem that when I had my MacBook Pro closed and come back to it later and open it again the screen looks like this:

When I close the MacBook again, wait a bit and re-open it everything is back to normal. Anyone has any idea what could cause this problem?

By the way I'm running macOS 10.15.1.

Are you using paragon NTFS drivers by chance? I've screen that screen appear under the exact same conditions with paragon in the past. I had a confirmed bug but not sure when or if it was fixed.

Sorry for digging this thread up again but I still have this issue from time to time (under 10.15.7). It happens quite rarely (maybe 1 in over 50 times I open up the MacBook Pro) but it's still a bit annoying. Any further ideas what's causing this? By the way, this small square is the mouse pointer which moves around ?
