Ok, This is pure speculation but see what you think...

If O2 Execs are currently using an iPhone, which we know to be the case. They must surely have Visual Voicemail. So that would suggest that they have the infrastructure in place to support it. Therefore why can't my iPhone pick up the feature and use it?

I am on O2, a Pay Monthly plan and everything else works perfectly.

Is this a settings based issue, so requiring a patch/uk specific firmware to my US iPhone or do we think this is purely account based.

Just thought I'd thow this out there....

If O2 anything like AT&T, I believe there is some additional fee/feature you need from your provider.

That's correct.

It's not about whether it's supported, it's the plan code on O2's end that has to be implemented for it to work.

So, other devices could adopt visual voicemail, then I call up 02 and tell them to enable it?
