emailed attachments?

no, from what I understand, it's basically a gui to voicemail (which is normally just an audible interface) - this way you can quickly see who has left you a voicemail, and you can jump around to which message to listen to (instead of having to go through them all in order).

If you currently receive your voicemail in your email like I do at work (Cisco Unity Messaging and Microsoft Exchange), it's not really any different. First official implementation for a mobile phone but ultimately nothing new.

gotcha... I've had my voicemail messages emailed to my phone using j2.com for the past three years, complete with caller ID...

I suspect this feature is something that could easily be enabled for all phones on the Cingular network that support email. Wonder if Cingular will enable this?
