Visual Voicemail Not Working

Hey i just restored my iPhone and now the visual voicemail doesnt work Help?

Have you tried turning it off and then back on again?

nope...still doesnt work and it doesnt even call it...is says calling voicemail but the call never goes through and then it takes like 10 seconds to hang up

Hmm, try restoring it again and see if that gets it to work.

ok umm when i restore it after it says iphone activated it says iphone couldnt be restored because it timed out or something but then the iphone boots up and all the songs and stuff get put on like everything is ok...is that iphone timed out thing a problem?
