Visual Voicemail

So here’s a weird issue that I’ve yet to get fixed. I upgraded from a 6S to 8 Plus and cannot seem to get the 8 Plus to show visual voicemails. SO doesn’t have issues with their phone, the former 6S showed it fine. Verizon said nothing’s changed. I’ve reset the network. But besides a clean install, is there anything I can do to get this thing working?0

Not 100% the same situation - but when I upgraded to iOS 11 on my 7 Plus, I lost my VVM. I fixed it by calling my iPhone from a landline and leaving myself a voice mail.

Yeah, that doesn’t work. Have had numerous calls before and after resetting things with no luck.
