VisualBoy Advance Editor for pokemon yellow, blue and red

I need an editor for VBA Roms for pokemon yellow, blue and red. One to edit the map, what people say and choose the pokemon that appear in an area.

I guess I'll be the first to say it.
Personal practices aside, Roms are considered copyright infringment and are forbidden to be talked about on these forums. I'm sure with a little googling, you might find help elsewhere.

Any hex editor should do. I've used HexEdit [http://hexedit.sourceforge.net/] with success in the past.
