If you have Fusion, they just released 8.5.8 a few days ago, although it appears they are yet to publish official documentation as the release notes are blank. I just tried upgrading a Sierra VM to High Sierra with APFS as it looked like some non-English site said 8.5.8 supports it. Where as Fusion 8.5.7 would run the Beta but only in HFS+, it appears 8.5.8 adds APFS functionality and extended 10.13 support as it is running quite well. No changes to the code were required :D

(and by quite well I mean it works...it's still buggy!!! :p)

edit: and it appears if you try to access shared folders on a HFS+ host OS using an APFS guest, the guest 10.13 in APFS has a kernel panic. Perhaps this is some sort of compatibility issue between HFS+ and APFS still yet to be resolved?
