VMWare Fusion & Windows 10

2012 MBP, 16 GB RAM, using Mojave beta.

I have VMWare Fusion installed, I have my Windows 10 VM that I have used or a while but suddenly I am unable to use they keyboard in it- I just get the mouse pointer. The Windows is 10, but skip ahead beta. When I use the exact same VM on another machine, it is fine. If I connect to Windows via VNC, on the exact same MBP, I am fine. The same happens with my Ubuntu VM. I have tried to reinstall Fusion but it made no difference. There are a number of files and directories I cannot delete to completely reinstall, even as root. Ideas, thoughts, questions, suggestions?

I doubt VMWare has updated for Mojave compatibility yet, so that's probably the issue.

There was a new update yesterday. That said, this issue came between updates. One day it was fine, but the next it had this problem without any other changes. That said, your comment may be the likely cause. I'll have to use VNC for now.
