VMware or Parallels for Visual Studio?

Hi!

I'm gonna be running Visual Studio on a virtual machine. What should I go with - Parallels or Vmware?

I use VMWare Fusion on my Macbook 2.16, 2gb ram just fine. Visual Studio 2008 under Windows XP Pro.
