hi from slovenia.
did any of you guys try to run fusion or parallels loaded with sound editing software like Wavelab 6, or Sound Forge 8 or Cakewalk or even video editing application (like Premiere 7).
how do those two players perform under audio of video stress?
any dramatic increas of cpu consuption or fan getting nuts (if you have mbp in front)?
the link above leads to comparison tests that are quite outdated.
parallels is at v3 and fusion released 2 beta (as may believing they are quite near the release candidate)
how do the last versions of both applications perform? so any of you using the latest versions with audio and video applications.
I do have mbp 2.33/2gb/ tiger with bootcam xp sp2 loaded.
my main reason i am interested in VM is the SF8 and Wavelab 6 audio editing programs that i own and that surpass peak bias, soundtrack pro, etc.
plus the obvious nero burning suite, that can burn dvd multisession with such an ease (and non of osx burning applications can not do that - what a shame HALLOO!
)
best regards
