Is there one?

I was looking at the iTeleport Jaadu VNC app, but unfortunately it doesn´t have sound at all.

I wonder why they can get the picture, but no sound? What could be the technical barrier?

I would like to watch EyeTV on my iPhone realtime and play songs from iTunes and all the things I can do with my Mac...

If there would be an app like this, then even the iPad could be a useful device.

You mean a KVM type app like VNC with sound. There's Air Video which access your iTunes library, I don't know about EyeTV.

If you're at least looking to access ALL your files on your Mac or Windows, you really should try ZumoCast. It's free and you can securely play your videos and music, download and open documents, either from your iPhone or iPad, or even through their website.

As for remote access with sound, I have yet to find a simple solution. The VNC protocol has no streaming audio feature like RDP does for Windows. So, I built a small Windows box and shoved it in the corner of my house like a dirty red-headed stepchild. I'm able to remote into it, use PlayOn to stream Hulu, adult swim, Food Network, PBS, etc. Also, the Wyse PocketCloud universal app I bought streams audio on RDP and has an add-in for a thin-browser feature that allows me to view full websites with Flash and Silverlight on my iPhone.
