VNC software+VNC Mocha Lite

I'm trying to get VNC Mocha Lite going on my iPhone.

Does this mean that I need to have a VNC software on my Mac? because everytime I try to connect it says "Host has closed the session".

Can anyone recommend me a free, easy to use VNC software for Mac then?
