Voice Commands with Google Keep?

Anyone know how I can add an item to an existing list in Google Keep on my Note4?

You say: Note to self <whatever you want added>

The first time you do this, if you have more than one kind of note or list app, it will ask what app to use. Obviously choose Keep, always. If Keep is the only list or note app it should just go right to Keep.
