Voice massage stuck

In the phone app there’s a notification shows I have a voice massage but when I call my carrier it saying I have none.
Is there a way to make it go away?

1. Reboot the phone.

2. Call your number and leave a voice mail mEssage. Listen to the new mEssage. Delete new mEssage.

3. Get a "happy ending" with your massage.
