hello
using
iphone SE 13.3.1
itunes for windows 12.10.6
voice memo back does not seem to work properly?
when i plug the iPhone into my desktop and "backup" into iTunes none of the newer voice memos on my phone show up, however all of the very old voice memos from an old phone show up in iTunes under two separate voice memo folders?
additionally contents of one of the voice memo folders also show up in the "music" folder in iTunes under my device?
i do this via "backup"
i have not tried "sync" because im afraid that the sync will overwrite my current voice memos on the iPhone with the older versions in iTunes?
in which direction does "sync" work
iTunes into phone?
or
phone into iTunes?
i was under the impression it works iTunes into phone as that's how music can be imported into the phone?
additionally do voice memos backup via "i cloud" backups?
i have the slider set to yes but do not see any evidence of voice memos when i log into icloud.com?
very confusing and frustrating, it looks like another thing apple software designers let slip through the cracks.
