Voice Memo Quality?

During the summer, I used the voice recorder a lot, and every time I synced my memos to my MacBook, they would be in 80 kbps...

Now I used it again the other night and synced the memo to my computer, and it was only 64 kbps...

How do I record in 80 kbps again?
