Voice memos lost

Cannot find Voice memo icon to start recording voice. Have to go to App Store and open there - how can I get the icon back onto phone screen ?

After deleting the app. here - if I download / open from the App Store it's automatically added to the end of the last page on home screen.

If that isn't it - locate the app by swiping Right to Left until the App Library appears; start typing Voice Memo in the search bar; press & hold on the app when it appears; then start dragging it & you can place it anywhere : Edit Home Screen with the jiggling icons...
