They all have 0:00 length, so there is nothing in them.
Guesses: perhaps some testing procedure did not delete them? Given the date stamps, they appear to have been there for towards 7 years so perhaps you bought a refurb Mac that didn't wipe these, a used Mac, or maybe someone along the way got to use your Mac?
Maybe scroll down to the bottom of the list, choose "search in finder" to then be able to discover exactly where they are stored and see if anything else is in that same folder.
