Voice Memos Syncing Between iOS 12 and Mojave?

Anyone get Voice Memos Syncing Between iOS 12 and Mojave to work?

It is not syncing for me. I have all the correct options checked between both devices. Any ideas?

I didn't even know there's an option for that, it just worked.
System Preferences - iCloud -iCloud Drive - Voice Memos on Mac.
Settings - Apple ID - iCloud - Voice Memos on iOS.
