Voice memos wont show up on imac?

I've upgraded my phone to the latest as well as my imac, it says voice memos are now supported over icloud, but when i open the voice memos app on my computer none of my voice memos from my phone are on it, how to i get my voice memos onto my computer from my phone? ( i do have icloud set up to transfer voice memos on my phone, but there is no option to enable it on my imac)

I had to actively open the Voice Memos app on my phone once for them to sync across to my Mac. So have you opened the app on your phone since installing iOS 12?
