I upgraded my iPad Mini 3 to iOS 10. Now Voice Navigation only works if I am connected to a network. In previous iOS versions I would set my destination in Apple Maps while using my wireless network at home, tap Start, walk to my car and listen to voice navigation direct me to my destination, thereby avoiding cell network costs. When I tried it after upgrading, voice navigation was silent until I turned on the cellular capabilities of my iPad. Is there a setting I'm missing, or did Apple nerf this in iOS 10?
