Is there a good voice-to-text notes app around?

I often find myself wanting to jot down something while I'm driving, but don't have a good way to do it. Not looking for voice memos - I want something I can browse through quickly and easily...

Big fan of Dragon Dictation. Works very well for me

You also might try Siri. You can use it to dictate a "reminder" to yourself and it will send the note to your preconfigured email address. I use it for the occasional dictated note and it works well.

If Dragon had a built in place to store notes it would be great, but having to copy/paste kind of ruins it. At least while driving. I am trying out Reqall right now, but will have to look at Siri also.
