Thanks! Just signed up. My voicemail hasn't worked correctly since upgrading to the iPhone 4. This will be a good "fix" until I'm able to correct the problem.

Visual voicemail playback stops when you try to switch to another app, say Contacts. I was trying to set up a new contact by entering the phone number as I listened to the voicemail playback, but no such luck. Voicemail obviously does not multi-task!
