voicemail isn't working any help?

My voicemail isnt working and I am wondering if anyone knows of a solution.
phone is jb 3.1.2 or whatever the latest. I used pwnage tool.

it doesn't even show that I have a voicemail. I called the phone myself left a voicemail and no luck. please help. thanks.

Try reboot, reset network settings, on and off airplane mode. If that doesn't fix it and you are on official carrier like AT&T call them and have them reset it, then it will work
