I think my parents changed their phone plan yesterday, they don't have iphones. I'm on their plan but for some reason my iphone doesn't have the voicemail display where I can view messages anymore, when I click it, it just dials a number. Do you know what I can do?

this may sound silly, but try turning your phone off and on. then go into voicemail, and the phone should look for your voicemail. wait a bit, and it should come up. you might even need to put in your password again. also, make sure you're in an area with good coverage. if it doesn't work, give at&t a call.

Are you getting the white E in the blue box for Edge?

If no Edge, no visual voicemail. That means one of two things. Either Edge is down in your area, which is possible. Or no data package on the phone. You will have to have them add that package back on to your number.
