I haven't recieved a voicemail on my iPhone 2G in a little more then a week. I dunno if it is an AT&T issue or an issue with my phone. It seems to coincide with when I upgraded to 3.0 GM and was screwing around with the various hacks that enabled MMS/tethering (even though I realized neither feature is available on the 2G). I can call my voicemail and listen to the voicemails, and the visual voicemail interface is working on my phone, I'm just not being notified that I have a voicemail and they aren't showing up in visual voicemail. Any suggestions on what to do?

I figured it out. Just had to reset the network settings.
