carrier is ATT, since IOS 10 whenever I get a voicemail, I don't actually get the notification till I turn the screen on if it has been asleep. Had them re provision voicemail, but same issue. Anyone else seeing this? 6s plus. Had one message that actually notified me but 50 minutes later. As soon as I turn on screen, they appear.

Same here. On sprint using an iPhone 6s Plus and voicemail notifications don't come in until I wake the screen. Very weird behavior.

I think I resolved my issue. I had wifi calling enabled. Disabled it, and suddenly voicemails came in right away. Enabled wifi calling, and boom, back to the issue. I then reset the wifi calling by updating my location etc. and now voicemail seems to work normally with wifi calling enabled.

[doublepost=1481494716][/doublepost]I have the same problem ever since upgrading to iOS 10. I'm on Verizon with iPhone 6s. Phone has been replaced twice by Apple. Went through all the basic troubleshooting steps already, even setup a phone as new.

still not fixed.
