Anybody else not receiving notification on their phone that they have a voicemail? Sometimes they come in days later but in the last few days I am not getting notifications at all. I know I have voicemails (tested yesterday). I’m on AT&T so not sure if it’s an Apple issue, carrier issue, or me issue.

I had to call ATT to re-activate my voice mail notifications. It took a few minutes, and then I started to receive everything that I missed.
Ugh I was trying to avoid calling them but it looks that’s my only option. I’ll call later. Thank you for the information.

I haven’t been receiving my voicemails on my iPhone 12 Pro Max since I activated it on 11-13. I bought this phone without a carrier contract and just took my AT&T SIM card from my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I called AT&T today and reset the voicemail, but it’s still not working. It even shows no messages when I call into AT&T to check for messages. Not sure if maybe I need a new SIM card or not?

@Connect IT I’m also with ATT although I did eSim-eSim. Did you try rebooting the phone? It took about a 1/2 hour after the ATT rep assured me that everything was working and sent me test emails before I starEd to see my all of my vmails. If nothing else, give a call back and explain that you put your old sim into the phone. They may need to activate/match the sim to your new phone.

I didn't discover that my voicemail wasn't activated until my doctor's office called me a few days ago and I noticed they did not leave a message.

I just went through three days and countless contacts with ATT and a LOT of time (getting bounced back again and again to billing instead of to tech support etc; having to repeat my issue again and again; having an agent promise to test my voicemail and call me back but not do so). Finally, today, I a technician who would work with me. Fortunately I could hack into my daughter's phone so we could use that phone for conversation while I reset my phone's voicemail.

My service with the last rep was great, but the three days before that were utter hell.

At my age, being able to know that my doctors can leave me a message is a serious issue. :)
