Basically, yeah it took me an hour. Well it took me about 25 minutes before someone decided to pick up the phone. Their lines are going really slow. Basically I checked my online billing and I noticed they took off my iphone data plan and they removed my 1500 text messages for $8.99. They realized right away they shouldn't have and they don't know how it just vanished. They were trying to add it back to my account and they had to put in notes because of prorated charges and stuff. It was a long process. Check your online bill to see if you have BASIC VOICEMAIL or VISUAL VOICEMAIL, because I only had basic. I'm testing it to see if it works now. I guess it probably went down yesterday during the outage.
BYTHEWAY - you might want to make sure your voicemail works before you hang up... seems my voicemail password isn't being accepted. I have to call in to reset it now, thank god for the automated machines.
