Since I upgraded to the latest version of IOS 13 when I go to voicemail instead of seeing my voicemail I see a message that says "call voicemail" I have physically done nothing to change my voicemail appearance ... any suggestions just want the old presentation back so I can see my voicemails

Have not seen this in a couple of years, but what has fixed it for me has been to go to Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password. Enter your existing password.

Sometimes leaving yourself a voicemail corrects this and brings back visual voicemail

First this not only happened on my phone but my wife and a friends. I went to the Apple store and they said it was an AT&T issue. So I went to the AT&T store and they had to go into my account to reset it. They had no explanation as my account showed I paid for voicemail . Took them about 15 minutes but I got my voicemail back as well as my wife. The only thing anyone could figure was tyhaty the latest IOS update caused conflict with AT&T on some customers phones. At least its fixed
