I downloaded the lite version, but haven't played it much because it crashes all the time, too frequently and too soon after opening the app to be worth trying to play. I've been waiting for an update...

Another point, I think the term space action rpg is misleading. It's a space action game, but after playing the lite version for quite some time I don't think it's anything like an rpg.

With both of those points in mind, I can't wait until it comes out. For the time I was able to play it, I was enjoying myself a lot.

Most stability issues were tackled in the 1.0.1 update, are you using that one? But even more work has been done since 1.0.1 to fix bugs and lower the memory usage since then. An updated lite version is on its way too so you can see if it helps before you jump in head first.

And exactly what constitutes an RPG can be tricky subject. But I think of a video with RPG features as a game where the player grows in power overtime and manages a level of character development choices that effect how the game is played. That certainly fits with finding money, weapons, equipment and getting better and more expensive ships over time. You dont have experience or a level. Your experience is sort of your money, and your level is sort of your ship. That's how I think of it anyway.

1.01 is the version I've been using ever since it came out, it never helped.

It feels to me more like there's a bunch of levels, each one has items in it that you'll have to fight for to get, if you get them more power to you. I don't know, I just don't get the rpg feel. I associate rpg with quests, npcs to interact with, usually a general store/specialty stores of some sort, that whole thing... whether the setting is fantasy, space, whatever. But I'm not holding that against the game, it's still fun.
