voip app on iphone?

Other than Truphone which I already have, are there other options for voip calls currently available on the jailbroken iphone? I'd prefer to be able to use my existing skype account but if not, at least have the option to receive calls via voip.

I have heard of Fring but can't seem to find it on Cydia.

People on facebook are currently beta testing it. as for its release im not sure. I would really like to have it right now.
