Universal VOIP APP to make worldwide calls ?

Hi Guys,

It is a rip-off that has happened with me. I was using this APP called MilliTalk with which you can make calls wverywhere in the world over VOIP ! I had refilled the talk time with some money when they decided to withdraw their app from the App Store says Apple's new changes has forced them to shut down !

Can anyone please suggest any good app or making calls all over the world at cheap rates !

The problem with Viber looks like they want you to select which is like the country which you will call the most, and then they give you a plan accordingly for that country ! I dont want that ! I am looking out for a Plan which can be used to call any country in the world, be it mobile or landline.
