voipover3g not working at all

ok i had this install since 2.1 and forgot about it. now i'm on 2.2 lastest version of voipover3g. and it DOESN'T WORK FOR ANY APP!!!!!

i try leaving it just the way it is, editing the plist and i even try deleting the plist.

I'm trying to get youtube to always play in wifi high quality that all. help guys?
