Volume down rocker not responding?

my rocker volume down button isn't responsive, I have to hit like 3-5 times before it responds and it does respond it goes back to normal in that current actions session, but the next time i want to adjust ill have to click it a few time before it responds again, is this a bug you guys think or maybe my phones not working right?

If it was fine during Beta 2, rest all settings and see how it goes. It won't wipe data only settings. Had issues with mine too however it locked/unlocked the rotation and not muted it was fixed by settings reset!

Of course I would over look the easiest fix, cheers mate! its working as it should I'd buy you a pint if I could.
